Austin, Texas chef Thin Micklethwait is a big fan of two things; ZZ Top and Mexican food. That is why it was a no-brainer for him to recreate the gatefold from the classic ZZ Top album Tres Hombres, and then promptly eat it. We gotta say, it is a spitting image of the gatefold, and it looks as delicious as it did when the album came out in 1973. Check out the video of the masterpiece below!
