	The Black Crowes are coming to The Vic on April 16th and April 17th! The Black Crowes are an American rock band formed in 1989. Their discography includes nine studio albums, four live albums and several charting singles. The band was signed to Def American Recordings in 1989 by producer George Drakoulias and released their debut album, Shake Your Money Maker, the following year. The Loop was born in 1977, out of a goofy station that had all girl DJs and played sappy "Adult Rock." In '79, an eccentric Hawaiian guy bought the station and brought in guys like Steve & Garry, Sky Daniels, and a dozen or so other misfits. First order of business was losing the James Taylor and pumpin' out Nugent, Zeppelin, and everything that rocked… blowing up the disco records… and the rest is history. Amazingly, the Loop is still alive, and intends to be for a long time. So get used to it.
