We knew it would happen eventually but the time has finally come to see the full set of Lindsay Lohan's Playboy spread. Now, I'm not one to stear you wrong so I want to let you know ahead of time, I wasn't actually able to see any of the uncensored shots. Every picture I saw had Hugh Hefner's head covering up half of the picture like this:
