Steve Miller Sing Along

I had to make a tough decision last weekend... Scorpions or Steve Miller? Two great shows on the same night! I went with the Scorpions since it may be the last time they play Chicago. It was a great show! But now I'm watching these videos from the Steve Miller show at Ribfest in Naperville, and it seems that everyone there was having an equally good time. Check out this sing along to "The Joker".

The Loop was born in 1977, out of a goofy station that had all girl DJs and played sappy "Adult Rock." In '79, an eccentric Hawaiian guy bought the station and brought in guys like Steve & Garry, Sky Daniels, and a dozen or so other misfits. First order of business was losing the James Taylor and pumpin' out Nugent, Zeppelin, and everything that rocked… blowing up the disco records… and the rest is history. Amazingly, the Loop is still alive, and intends to be for a long time. So get used to it.
