In case you weren’t able to attend the infamous 1968 Doors Concert at the Hollywood Bowl, and these days your too busy liking photographs of your friends on Facebook, I have good news.. You can now watch the entire concert, on Facebook, this December 5^th. Ah, modern technology.

Think about this.. You could be busy poking that hot girl from Norway that you have never met, and in the other window watching one of Jim Morrisons greatest live performances. Some might think they have gone to heaven and died. Others might think that the $4.99 is a little much to pay, and unfortunately a great deal of Facebook users probably just went “who the hell is Jim Morrison?”

Yes, but you do know who Jim Morrison is, and you probably also know that their 1968 concert at the Hollywood bowl is largely considered one of their best recorded live performances. Plus, ladies.. that’s one of the shows where Jim is wearing his classic brown leather pants. You know, he never washed those pants. The band use to complain about the smell. They now reside at a Hard Rock Café, and you can stare at them while you much down some $12 chicken nuggets. See, rock is glamorous.

So as my Papa Capone use to say – Go ahead and drop that fin boy. It took me years to understand that to him a fin was a $5 bill. I just thought he figured I had flippers or something.  I also thought 2 bits was only a part of my online download, turns out its also 25 cents.
