Ace Frehley Home Foreclosure

US Bank National Association filed foreclosure papers earlier this month against guitarist and former member of KISS – Ace Frehley. It is alleged that he stopped making payments on the home back in 2011. Woops.
The bank is seeking $703,581.48 plus interest, late charges and other expenses, according to the report.
Besides the mortgage, it also looks like he’s behind on the taxes to the sum of $18.000.
Meanwhile, back at the KISS compound, Gene’s empire is estimated to be worth over 300 million.
I guess it all goes to show you that no matter how great of a guitar player your are, this damn economy is still a bitch.
