Ozzy Osbourne Not Divorcing But Admits to Relapse

Ozzy Osbourne posted a message on Facebook late last night (April 15) telling fans that:

"For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an a-hole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober. Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I'm just trying to be a better person. I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period...and my fans. God Bless, Ozzy."

There have been numerous reports in the past couple of days that Ozzy and Sharon had separated, Sharon was photographed moving into a new home and both have been seen without their wedding rings. In spite of Ozzy's relapse, some are putting the blame on financial troubles, with more than $1 million owed in back taxes according to The Mirror in Britain.

Stay well, Ozzy!

Sabbath will release 13 – their first record with Ozzy since 1978 – on June 10. The first single, God is Dead?, is set for release on April 19. They’ll debut their track The End Of The Beginning on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation next month.
