Mick Jagger Says He Never Hit On Katy Perry

Pop singer Katy Perry told an Australian radio station this week that Mick Jagger hit on her when she was barely legal (depending on which country they were in, I suppose). At the time, she was singing backup on a Jagger solo track called, "Old Habits Die Hard."
She said she had dinner with Mick, who is 41 years her senior, and that "he hit on me when I was, like, 18."
It seems out of character for the free-wheeling Jagger, but he apparently felt it important to issue a denial through his publicist:
"Mick Jagger categorically denies that he has ever made a pass at Katy Perry," the told ABC News. "Perhaps she is confusing him with someone else."
Confusing him with someone else? That's a great line!
Perry, who made a guest appearance on the Rolling Stones' tour earlier this year singing "Beast of Burden," told radio station NovaFM that the incident was "a long time ago and since then he's been very kind."
