The original band, featuring David Lee Roth on vocals with the Van Halen Boys, is back together and Chicago is one of their first stops on their 2012 tour! We are all looking forward to the massive Loop pre and post party for the Van Halen concert Friday night. The Loop will be throwing the party at The Crossroads Bar and Grille. Van Halen has the most #1 hits of any rock band. There are so many hits that I cannot wait to hear live from the legendary rock band. Most of all I cannot wait to hear "Beautiful Girls." It’s one of those "feel good" songs and reminds me of a rockin beach party. Hearing that song live will get me so excited for summer in Chicago!

Speaking of all being back together, this weekend I was able to get to my hometown and enjoy the weekend with some old friends. One of my most favorite jobs ever (besides being the Loop Rock Girl) was at a Comedy Club. I returned to my old stomping grounds, which is now called "The Globe" and enjoyed a night of hysterically laughing with my girlfriends. Check out some pics!
