Put me down, Coach!
A Pee Wee hockey coach from Vancouver was sentenced to 15 days in jail after tripping opponents during the ceremonial postgame handshake. Martin Tremblay is 48 years old but he was still young (or immature) enough to take down this 10 and 13 year old and it was caught on video...
Haven't we had enough of coaches abusing their power and, more alarming, abusing players? Remember Wood Hayes at the 1978 Gator Bowl?
Or, Bob Knight choking Neil Reed...
And perhaps the most egregious, Jeff Van Gundy attempting to squeeze the knee cap out of Alonzo Mourning's leg....
Or was it when P. J. Carlesimo used his neck to injure the hands of Latrell Sprewell?
