2. How to Enter:
a. To enter, participants must listen to WLUP for the live or recorded cue from April the Loop Rock Girl to tell them when to call in to win.
b. When the hear April give the cue to call called on WLUP between the hours of 10am and 3pm, Monday October 8th through Friday October 12th, and between 3pm and 7pm, Monday October 15th through Friday October 19th, you must be the15th caller at 312-591-7625 or 312-591-7655 to win..
c. Participants can also enter by going to www.WLUP.com and submitting an entry of “why they deserve to go to Keystone with April”. WLUP staff will select submissions at their own discretion and during the week of October 22nd WLUP representatives will be sent to the house or place of business of the winning submissions to personally award the trip.

3. Eligibility: All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older and legal U.S. residents of IL, IN, WI, or MI. Employees, families of employees, and members of the household of employees of Emmis Communications Corporation or Keystone Ski Resort or Southwest Airlines or their subsidiaries and affiliates, other radio stations, record labels, entertainment/media companies, their subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to win. A listener is eligible to win only once per 30-day period, with the exception of prizes valued at $600 or more. When winning a prize valued at $600 or more, a listener becomes ineligible to win anything again for a period of one year. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any contestant at any time at its sole discretion. Contestants who provide any false information may be immediately disqualified.

4. Miscellaneous. WLUP is not responsible for information not received due to computer or user error. WLUP is also not responsible for contestants not collecting their prize due to phone error or disconnection. WLUP reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary, but will not substitute cash for non-cash prizes. Most winners on WLUP are recorded and may be rebroadcast at a later date. Winners consent and agree to the use of their name and voice by WLUP on-air and possibly their photo on wlup.com. Void where prohibited by law. Emmis Communications Corporation is responsible for sending 1099 forms to WLUP contest winners who win prizes whose value singly or in combination with other prizes is valued at $600 or more during the period of the calendar year. Winner is responsible for any taxes owed on prizes. WLUP reserves the right to amend or change these rules. WLUP is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur, directly or indirectly, with regard to the award, use or delivery of any prize. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release before receiving any prize. Failure to comply with deadline to return them may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. 5. Winners’ List: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to WLUP, 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 230, Chicago IL 60654 by 11/16/07. Allow four weeks for delivery of winners list.

6. Binding Effect of Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the judges.

7. Cancellation or Suspension of Contest: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should any causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes.

Prizes: Each prize winner receives roundtrip airfare for two on Southwest Airlines from Chicago Midway to Denver, accommodations for three nights at Keystone Ski Resort, two 3-day lift tickets, access to a VIP party at Keystone on the Saturday night of your trip, ground transportation to and from Keystone and 25% any Rental through Keystone Sports as well as 15% off retail items at Keystone Sports, Keystone's Columbia Shop and at the Keystone Official Resort Wear store. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with any optional accessories or amenities ordered by the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard warranty that may apply to the prize. At the time the winner takes possession of the prize, he/she may be required to present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Promotion Conditions: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest) and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these Official Rules.
