Favorite Loop Memory (300 characters): winning tickets for eric clamptons crossroads in 2010 2 days after we found out my wife was in remission with breastcancer and it was her first concert what a blast she had that day

Say Something (300 characters): i have a lot to be thankful for 27 years of marriage 6 children 5 grandchildren my wife beat breastcancer but we just found out that she now has cancer in her lower back that made her pelvic bone fracture on its own she has a good support group around her to help out

The Loop was born in 1977, out of a goofy station that had all girl DJs and played sappy "Adult Rock." In '79, an eccentric Hawaiian guy bought the station and brought in guys like Steve & Garry, Sky Daniels, and a dozen or so other misfits. First order of business was losing the James Taylor and pumpin' out Nugent, Zeppelin, and everything that rocked… blowing up the disco records… and the rest is history. Amazingly, the Loop is still alive, and intends to be for a long time. So get used to it.
