Details of Elton John's Oscars Viewing Party Announced

Facebook.com/EltonJohnIt's Oscar season, which means Elton John will again be hosting an Academy Awards viewing party to benefit his AIDS Foundation.

The foundation's 21st annual Academy Awards Viewing Party will be held at West Hollywood Park in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 24. John and his partner, David Furnish -- who just became dads for the second time -- will host the party.

Aside from the screening of the Oscars telecast, the event includes a dinner, live auction and a performance by an as-yet-unannounced musical guest.

The co-chairs for this year's bash include pop stars Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus.

The viewing party has raised nearly $34 million for the Elton John AIDS Foundation through the years.
