Pearl Jam played Milwaukee's Bradley Center on Monday night. Before the show, Eddie Vedder hung out with Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, which apparently inspired Vedder to get on stage and suggest that the Packers and Bears should do a straight up trade – Jay Cutler for Aaron Rodgers.
We know Vedder is a Bears fan (seen wearing a jersey at another event above), but who knew he was such a jokester? He certainly evoked a lot of laughter with that comment.
Eddie Vedder: "You know what would really be great? If we could trade Aaron Rodgers to the #Bears."

It was even worse than that: Vedder told the audience he mentioned a straight-up Cutler-Rodgers trade to Rodgers before the show.
Vedder told Rodgers pre-show #Packers should trade him to #Bears straight up. Said hasn't seen a man laugh that hard….

Eddie Vedder said he asked Aaron Rodgers if he could be traded straight up for Jay Cutler. "I've never seen a grown man laugh so hard."

At one point, a fan chunked a cheeshead onto the stage but Vedder refused to wear it; guitarist Stone Gossard put it on and wore it during the show.
