If you’re a music fan like we all are here at The Loop, you know the joy of losing yourself for an afternoon in a music store. And while the internet has certainly changed the dynamic of the music industry, it still hasn’t managed to take down the cool, local, independent record store. In, fact vinyl records are the fastest growing segment of the music industry. And it’s awesome that, twice yearly, the industry and artists rally around these independent retailers for Record Store Day, offering one of a kind, must have collectibles and a good reason to just go and hang out at the records store.
This year’s spring Record Store Day brings us nice items from David Bowie, The Doors, Cheap Trick and more.
