For weeks now, there have been rumblings that a major concert featuring, literally, the biggest names of classic rock was in the works for the site that hosts the spring “Coachella” music festival in Indio, California this fall. Over the weekend, some of the artists rumored to be participating seemed to confirm SOMETHING is happening this fall as all but one, Neil Young, posted videos on their social media pages with their music and the word “October”.
Dubbed the “Classic Rock Coachella”, there has not yet been a formal announcement. We’ll stay on top of it with our contacts here at The Loop and let you know what’s up.
