Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer has put his Austin, Texas home on the market.

Located on a golf course in the suburb of Georgetown, the 6,400-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage with a separate bay for a golf cart. It sits on just under three acres and has 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space with an in-ground pool and several wet bars.

Kramer, who bought the home in 2011, recently moved to a suburb of San Antonio after fans began coming around in Austin. He built a similar home there on a bigger plot.

The asking price is $2.23 million. One extra benefit — Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan lives nearby.
